Uddannelse
Partneren tilbyder alle nyansatte grundig oplæring og instruktion. Da erhvervsrengøring er en branche i konstant udvikling, vil du løbende blive uddannet i brug af maskiner, rengøringskemi, arbejdsmetoder, ergonomi mm. Får du specielopgaver, sørger vi naturligvis også for, at du bliver klædt godt på til at løse dem.

Overenskomst
Partneren er medlem af Servicebranchens Arbejdsgiverforening (SBA) og har dermed tiltrådt overenskomst med DI/SBA, 3F Privat Service og Serviceforbundet. Som servicemedarbejder hos Partneren er du derfor dækket af overenskomsten. Det betyder bl.a., at lønnen er fastsat ud fra den gældende overenskomst, at alle får del i en arbejdsgiverbetalt sundhedsordning samt mulighed for at benytte en seniorordning.
